You can easily return your order via our returns portal. Simply follow the short steps in the portal and we'll take care of the rest.
General return policy
If an item doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can of course return or exchange it. Please use the original packaging if possible.
Please note the following guidelines:
Return period: Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order .
Condition of goods: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition – including all labels and original packaging.
Clean & unused: Products must not have any traces of makeup, perfume, deodorant or other odors.
Returns: Returns can be conveniently processed via our returns portal.
Refund: After receiving and inspecting your return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
Shipping costs: Return shipping costs may vary depending on the case and are displayed in the returns portal.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
If you paid for your order in whole or in part with a gift card, the corresponding amount will first be credited back to that gift card.
Please note that processing your return and issuing your refund can take up to 10 business days . This depends on both the return processing time of the shipping provider and the internal inspection in our warehouse.
