You can easily return your order via our returns portal. Simply follow the short steps in the portal and we will take care of the rest.
General Return Conditions
If an item doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can, of course, return it. Please use the original packaging if possible.
Please note the following:
Return period: Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of goods: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition – including all tags and original packaging.
Clean & unused: Products must not show any traces of make-up, perfume, deodorant, or other odors.
Returns: Returns are processed conveniently via our returns portal.
Refund: After receipt and inspection of your return, the refund will be issued to the originally used payment method.
Return fees: Return fees may vary depending on the case and will be displayed to the customer in the returns portal.
Refund
Refunds are generally made to the payment method originally used.
If you paid for your order in whole or in part with a gift card, the corresponding amount will first be credited back to that gift card.
Please note that processing your return and the refund can take up to 10 business days. This depends on both the return shipping time of the carrier and the internal inspection in our warehouse.
